Lee Style T'ai chi, Coventry
Lee Style T'ai Chi is a gentle, relaxed form of exercise. T'ai chi (often called "moving meditation") has been practised in China for many thousands of years, and this style of t'ai chi has proven itself capable of improving health and fighting off the ageing process (not just the signs of ageing!).
As you go through the t'ai chi training process you will find that your body relaxes, your mind and spirit become calmer, and you gradually gain significantly higher energy levels. And that's just the basic level. And because the t'ai chi exercises we practise are gentle, they can be practised by people of all ages and fitness levels.
One thing t'ai chi can't do is prove itself to third parties. T'ai Chi is just something you have to feel for yourself, and the effect will be that you gradually become more sensitive to the subtle changes occuring within you and in your surroundings, and once you start, you'll find the methods prove themselves.
The journey starts here, and it lasts a lifetime, for the lucky ones called by the Tao...

The Final two books in Chee Soo's collection of manuals for learning the Taoist Arts are to be published this Spring according to the Seahorsebooks website. The Tao of Long Life - Chang Ming Taoist Diet and The Taoist Ways of Healing will hopefully be available to complete your collection.
In the meantime, have you read the other books in the series? Why not write an online review on book-sellers' websites, such as Amazon.co.uk? If the books have helped you, isn't it worth taking a minute to share that with others, and help promote the work of the TCAA?
